If someone were to offer money to a girl for sex or sexual favors, and she turns it down, is it illegal? and if so, what kind of trouble can you get into? and no, this has nothing to do with me, so no "ew thats just sick" comments....only serious answers please. A friend of mine did this and I was just curious. Right, I understand thats illegal...I guess my question is if she turns it down and nothing else is done about it, could she still press charges? Even tho nothing ever happened.

Me and my girlfriend really like eachother and we make eachother very happy. We've taken it pretty slow and I think we will be together for a long time. I'm just wondering about your opinions on my question: how far does she want to go? kinda sexual base wise. We always cuddle together on the weekends and watch a movie and we makeout usually.
