Sex offender faces commitment
A Winona-area sex offender who preyed on children faces indefinite commitment to a state treatment program. Justin Casey Jacobson, 21, of Minnesota City, Minn., will be held at Moose Lake following his scheduled release from prison early next week until a commitment trial, set to begin July 25.
